What is a Mind Hack
A mind hack is a shortcut towards the health, ease, joy, power and freedom of life mastery via optimizing your thoughts, beliefs and focus.
-William Cassidy
So, I said to Google, “What’s a mind hack?”
The first results entry gave me the definition for “brain hacking”.
“Google, that’s not what I want. I said “mind hack. That’s M-I-N-D H-A-C-K, miiiiind haaaack”!
Actually, I typed it in with lowercase letters and quotes (It’s an old marketer’s trick to get a quick look at keyword competition).
Anyhow, this came up in the first result with quotes:
That’s a little better for my purposes…
But to me, a mind hack is a shortcut towards the health, ease, joy, power and freedom of life mastery via optimizing your thoughts, beliefs and focus.
So basically, life mastery shortcuts via mind mastery.
Why Hack Your Mind
Your reality is a reflection of that which you think, believe and focus on.
So, if you change your thoughts and beliefs or your focus, you will change your world.
When you optimize your thoughts, beliefs and focus, you feel amazing (powerful, confident, relaxed, whole, connected, liberated, expansive, etc.) and can manifest anything.
You optimize your life.
If you leverage a technique to optimize your thoughts, beliefs and focus to achieve a result much faster, it’s a mind hack.
So, if you changed your mind from “I shouldn’t smoke” to “I don’t smoke”; it might be called the “I Shouldn’t I Don’t” mind hack.
If you became conscious of how often you say “no”, then paying attention so you say “yes” more frequently, that’s another; maybe “The Power of Yes”.
If you changed your focus from lack to gratitude; maybe “Easy Riches”.
Anything that helps you get results faster via better minding including meditations, hypnosis, writing, imagination, asking specific questions and my One Minute tools are too.
Actually, my tools assist you with deleting and installing better thoughts and beliefs (both conscious and subconscious) and improving your focus
Regardless, this is what I do…
I help people find and repair or delete unwanted, unnecessary, unhealthy, unhelpful, disempowering, limiting and ineffective thoughts and beliefs; improve their focus and install wanted, necessary, healthy, beneficial, empowering, liberating and effective thoughts and beliefs.
…or start with my codex of mind hacks.

Footprints in the Sand
I was like “What, only one set of footprints in the sand?” So, I said “Dude, what’s up with that?” – William Cassidy
As I was walking along the beach with my Lord.
I noticed that at many times along the path of my life, especially at the very lowest and saddest times, there was only one set of footprints.
I was like “What, only one set of footprints in the sand?” So, I said “Dude, what’s up with that?”
My Lord lovingly whispered, “The tide washed my prints away, you jackass”!
In an “attempt” to make self realization, mind mastery and conscious creation fun, I like to joke around.
Sometimes it works, sometimes not…
But, I guarantee that if you hire me as your coach, you will grow and have fun while doing it.
You likely won’t laugh at all my jokes (I may).
But, your life, with my direction will become infinitely easier and more enjoyable.
So, if you want to end stress, struggle, suffering and stuck in your life and create a life of ease, abundance and fulfillment, then let’s talk.

The One Way to Make Your Life Easier
The one way to make your life easier that trumps everything else, is simple to implement and takes less effort than your current efforts.
When I was a kid, I was introduced to the Kubler-Ross 5 stages of grief model.
The 5 stage of grief postulates that when dealing with grief, people generally go through 5 emotions: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.
So, I discovered the one way to make your life easier is to start with acceptance.
BTW, forgiveness is closely related to acceptance, so you could use that too.
When I discovered this, my logic was, if this is true, why not just start at acceptance? You are going to get there anyhow.
So, I contemplated it and figured it was mostly true and worth leveraging.
Also, I realized that acceptance is a good place to start for everything that happens.
Simply start at acceptance. This saves
you a lot of time and energy.
-William Cassidy
And, as a consequence I discovered that denial, bargaining, anger and depression are not great strategies for dealing with people, events and circumstances. They don’t make you feel good and are, ultimately, a result of unhealthy or ineffective thoughts and beliefs.
How to Make Your Life Easier
So, if you struggle with grief, anger, denial, bargaining or depression, simply get rid of the thoughts and beliefs that create these emotions and just accept everything.
It’s really not difficult.
But, it is a skill. And you can learn and get better at it; no matter where you are in your life right now.
What I recommend is to start by reading my Greater Powered Blueprint Report.
It gives you the exact tools you need to stop living a life centered around unwanted, unhelpful, unhealthy, disempowering and ineffective thoughts and beliefs.
You can finally stop suffering from these negative and unwanted effects.

Heaven, Hell and How to Feel Divine
The more authentic you are, the more
divine you will feel; and experience.
– William Cassidy
Here’s my 2 cents about heaven, hell and how to feel divine…
The universe has its own laws, and the basic law is that to be real is to be in bliss, to be unreal is to be in misery.
The more authentic you are, the more divine you will feel; and experience.
When you are false; the resisting and fighting, forceful and violent, worrying and obsessing, escaping and denying, identifying and attaching, labeling and dividing, mind and ego you; you will suffer and feel like life is a hell.
If any part of your life isn’t healthy, fulfilled and at ease, then it’s because you have unhealthy, unhelpful, unnecessary, unwanted, disempowering and/or ineffective thoughts and beliefs..
But, you can fix them!
Everything can be fixed as far as I can tell.
Once fixed, you will be liberated and no longer have to experience the associated pain. You are moving towards a life of growth and pleasure….from hell to heaven.

Negative Effects of Meditation
I recently wrote about the benefits of meditation and today I thought I’d flip the coin and discuss the negative effects of meditation.
The timing works out well for another reason also, I just read an article discussing the dark side of meditation. I found the article interesting and decided to do a bit of further research.
Here’s my take away on the several articles that I read…
They all discussed the possibility of experiencing negative side effects like, nausea, headaches, hallucinations and amplification of emotional problems.
A Critical Meditation Distinction
In my over 20 years of meditation, I never experienced any negative physical side effects. However, I did experience what I may describe as hallucinations while meditating; seeing colors and light with movement.
I wouldn’t say that I experienced amplified emotional problems, but emotions do become more obvious.
That leads me to the important distinction that seemed to be missing from each of the articles I read.
That distinction is that meditation is conscious non thinking. So, if you are perceiving an emotion, a hallucination, a headache as a problem, then you are not meditating. You are thinking.
The problem arises from a deficiency in our language. We understand meditation as a doing when in fact it is exactly the opposite.
We confuse meditation with meditation techniques.
Meditation is less the problem and the problem has more to do with the meditation technique being used.
By the way, one of the articles was relatively clear about this, but the others, not so much…
Meditation, as I stated earlier is conscious, non thinking. Meditations, meditating and doing meditation describe techniques to assist you in becoming meditative; or again, conscious but without thought.
So, in my opinion, which wasn’t clear in any of the article I read is this; Meditation, if you are conscious and not thinking, has very few if any negative effects.
You may get cramps, but that’s not meditations fault, it’s your position or duration.
My point is conscious non thinking is never the problem, it’s almost always something else.
How to Overcome the Negative Side Effects of Meditation
Also in my opinion, the most common problem is the meditator having the wrong meditation technique for their unique experience and personality.
This why having a coach, someone who has practiced meditation for years and years is so valuable.
A coach can also address another common side effect of meditation, and that is the dealing with confusion, stuck and misinterpretations. This is the negative mental side of meditation and how anxiety, depression and amplified emotional issues come into play.
Overcoming your ego and the unhealthy, ineffective and self destructive thoughts, beliefs and convictions we all have is part of the process. But, like I did and you may too when you go it alone, you may go down some “wrong” paths that keep you stuck and suffering. Occasionally, problems become exacerbated.
If you choose to go it alone without a coach, may I suggest reading my Greater Powered Advanced Training Program.
But, if you want accelerated results with minimized aggravation, without wasting a lot of time, energy and money, then check out my coaching programs.
Click the link above, safely get started meditating and avoid most, if not all, of the negative effects of meditation.

Bike Camping Travel South Down the East Coast
This is the start of my bike camping travel south down the east coast.
I built my bike camper in DelCo, Pa and my plan is to start in Fallston, MD and then travel south, out of the cold North East, to some beach place with more sunny and warm days to enjoy.
I want to check out a few beach towns along the way and I’m open to relocating to them, or continue to St Petersburg area and then maybe relocate there.
If I really like the trip I just may continue travelling.
I have no definite plans and actually I haven’t really planned much but the bike camper build. And even that I didn’t spend much time planning.
Please stick around and let’s see what happens on my bike camping travel south down the east coast.

First Bike Camping Overnight at Walmart’s Parking Lot
So, my first bike camping overnight at Walmart’s parking lot in Fallston, MD was a moderate success.
Kevin dropped me off (Thanks Kevin!) and I set my self up for the first time.
I ate my last half of my last meal before the pedaling starts. Bonnie and Kevin got me a Hoagie and a Cheesesteak because they love me and I won’t be having either for a while. At least not good Philly ones.
I was excited for my trip. It was noisy with people walking around and hanging by their cars until late. Or should I say; early.
I didn’t sleep well. My guess is the fact that it was my first night in it on the road had something to do with it too.
If you are wondering how I found that I could stay in Walmart’s parking lot, I used AllStays.
AllStays is a membership website that has a database of places, primarily for RVers but useful for me as a bike camper, to safely park overnight. It includes camprounds, hotels and truck stops. You can use its map feature so you can easily find Walmarts, Home Depots, Lowes, Cracker Barrels, etc. It also offers a few extras like where you can dump water and sewage, refill propane and my favorite: ghost towns.
One of its best features is it allows users to update the database with current status and reviews. This allows you to have an idea of what you are in for before you choose to stay there. If you are an RVer, no big deal. But as a bike camper, that information can be invaluable in your trip planning.
I bought the pro for about $35. It appears that they do increase their pricing about once a year, so check it out before the next one: http://bit.ly/3bf0qis
So, overall, not bad for my first bike camping overnight at Walmart’s parking lot.

First Day Bike Camping
This is my first video update from the road. I left the Walmart’s parking lot in Fallston, MD that I stayed at overnight. It was noisy and I was excited so I didn’t sleep well, but…
I got on the road and struggled with my first day of hills. I made it to the Fallston Volunteer Fire Dept over 7 miles away. Not too bad!

Travel With A Bike Camper Idea
The very last day of July 2020 I decided I could travel with a bike camper down the east coast to Florida where I thought I might find a nice place to relocate.
Or, if I enjoy bike camping, I’ll just keep going…
I was planning to travel overseas to Bali, Vietnam or Chang Mai before COVID-19 hit. COVID smashed my plans.
I though that maybe I could hitch or hike to Florida as relocating there was my next favorite option.
I researched places to live in Florida and thought I like Jacksonville Beach or St Petersburg – Clearwater area the best.
Hitchhiking seemed to be out as getting rides during COVID would be a lot more difficult.
Hiking seemed to be my best option, but I couldn’t take much stuff and things -at least according to the news- seemed to be getting dangerous out there. You know, with all the protests, shooting and stuff.
Also, on previous hitching and hiking adventures, I constantly chased electricity. That was a big problem I wanted to avoid.
I knew it was time to go and tried to relax knowing that everything would work itself out.
In the early months of COVID I knew I wasn’t going anywhere just yet. Nobody really knew what exactly was going on.
I figured we’d get a handle on COVID and that maybe with some delay I’d still be able to go overseas.
Wrong!
Americans were banned from many countries because of our less than effective response.
I started watching videos of lightweight bike campers and thought that maybe that was something I could do.
What I like least about lightweight travel adventures is not having a place to sleep, chasing electricity and a way to get around to get food or supplies or a way to quickly get out of places that I don’t like.
I thought a bike packing trip with a bike camper would solve those huge problems and I’d be able to relocate with some comfort the items I truly enjoy.
I wasn’t quite right.
So, I did some more research, mostly YouTube videos, and decided in the beginning of August 2020 that I would do it.
I gathered the supplies and tools I had, ordered some new ones, put what I didn’t need in storage, built my lightweight, tear drop bike camper, said my goodbyes and was on the road by September 15, 2020.
No, I didn’t plan much out, no I didn’t think it through very thoroughly and no I wasn’t totally prepared.
Basically, I planned to travel with a bike camper. I didn’t even have a start place until a day or two before I left…
Unfortunately, that’s how I roll…
When I want to do something, I do it.
I’m OK with making mistakes, hardships, setbacks and failing. I believe they are all ways to learn and grow.
As a matter of fact, one of my favorite sayings is: “if you are not making a lot of mistakes, you are not living”. “Just don’t make the same ones repetitively”.

How To Start Your Life Over From Scratch At Any Age
I’m going to explain how to start your life over – from scratch -at any age, because that’s exactly what I’m doing right now.
Actually, because there are so many variables involved, I’m not going to tell you how to start your life over so much as generally explain the 4 steps you can take to start over.
So, let’s get started.
Step 1
The first step is planning. You should have some idea where you want to end up.
This is critical.
Think of it like a plane flight. If you are flying from NY to LA, you don’t just fly in a straight line, the pilot makes little adjustments along the way so that you get to where you want.
Not planning is also an option, but your chances of ending up somewhere you don’t want increase. Just like in the plane analogy.
Me, I’m not a big planner. But, I have a basic plan.
I’m traveling around to a few places I’d like to see before I settle down. This gives me the chance to test the waters before I commit.
I also advise to do what truly makes you happy.
What is it you daydream about? Use that for guidance.
Step 2
The second step is to start gathering resources.
Gather what you need to get you where you want to end. This could be money, tools, connections or information.
In my case, I’m traveling by bike so I need biking and camping equipment, money, clothes, electronics and a few items I want for when I get there.
I’m digitally nomadding it it for a bit so the electronics are my way of making money.
So, you’ll want to consider what you need for getting there and what you need when you are there.
This is relevant if you are traveling or starting over in the same area and just want a new life.
Step 3
The third step is to terminate your current responsibilities and attachments.
It could be as simple as saying your goodbyes and cancelling your cable subscription.
It could be way more complicated also. It depends on your specific situation.
For me, it was simply getting rid of stuff and saying my goodbyes.
Step 4
The last step is the execution step.
Go and/or do it.
This is kind of a blurry step because your new life may be blurred with parts of step 2: gathering resources. Your new life could be gathering resources.
Say for instance that you want to become a nurse. Your execution step may be 4 years of schooling.
So, four years of schooling is your new life and your are still gathering resources.
You can see the blur.
This is the case for me. I’m gathering information about where I want to live. I also am open to the possibility that I’m not ready to pick a place and that my new life just might be continuous travel.
Very blurry.
Your execution steps may also blur with steps 1 and 3. Your plans may change or you may want to adjust you plans. And, you may need or not be able to end certain commitments and attachments just yet.
I do recommend eliminating what isn’t working for you. If it’s toxic or doesn’t help you, consider eliminating or at least minimizing it.
This goes for people, things and circumstances.
Anyhow, that’s the four steps I’m using to start my life over.
But, how to start your life over will likely involve these four steps to some degree.
Starting over can be really difficult but you can make it much easier with support from someone who has done it multiple times.
I wish you the best of luck and fortune and would love he opportunity to work with you.

Your Thoughts Create Your World
Science, Theology and experience all tell us that “your world reflects that which you have thought”: your thoughts create your world!
So have many of the greatest humans who ever lived.
If you are looking to improve your world, here is my elaboration on how your thoughts create your world. Hopefully, you find this interesting, insightful and helpful.
The following is from a rough draft excerpt from a book I was writing but never finished:
One of the natural laws of the universe says that you can attract only that which is vibrating at the same frequency.
Everything has its own frequency including thoughts.
Unconscious thinking vibrates at a lower frequency than conscious thinking.
Consciousness is a higher vibrational frequency. Total consciousness is the highest vibrational possibility in the universe.
When you think unconsciously, you attract lower vibrational people, circumstances and experiences.
If you start consciously thinking, you will start to attract higher vibrational people, circumstances and experiences.
Here Is How It Plays Out:
If you have a positive thought, you’ll get a positive emotion. When you have positive emotions, you’ll (more likely) take inspired action. If you take inspired action, you’ll get a joyous result and feel good. When you get joyous results, you feel good, vibrate at a higher frequency and attract higher vibrational people, circumstances and experiences. When you feel good and attract higher vibrational people, circumstances and experiences, you’ll have more positive thoughts.
If you have a negative thought, you’ll get a negative emotion. When you have a negative emotion, you’ll (more likely) take wrong or no action. If you take wrong action or do nothing, you’ll get an unwanted result and feel bad. If you feel bad because of unwanted result, you’ll vibrate at a lower frequency and you’ll attract lower vibrational people, circumstances and experiences. When you feel bad and attract lower vibrational people, circumstances and experiences, you’ll have more negative thoughts.
Simple, right?
That’s it. Sure, some subtle changes to the text would help, but…
Having the knowledge, understanding and skills to consciously control your thoughts so that you can increase your vibration and attract the people, circumstances and experiences that you truly want is no small undertaking.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s not difficult but you’ll rarely find helpful guidance on your journey.
And, you will likely need and want help overcoming the inevitable hurdles and setbacks.
Plus, you want accelerated results don’t you?
So, if you want to learn how to control your thoughts so that you can attract the people, circumstances and experiences that you truly want, click the button below and…

Did You Really Invent Beer Yoga
Many are asking if I really invented Beer Yoga and the answer is “yes”.
I invented Beer Yoga, not as it’s known today, but in it’s purest form sometime before the new millennium.
I’ve been practicing Beer Yoga for over 20 years.
In fact, my nickname is Swami Dunkel Dopplebock.
Let me explain a bit.
Beer yoga, today, is known for being practiced in breweries and bars.
Here’s Wiki’s blurb:
Beer yoga is a yoga hybrid, created in America around 2013, in which participants practice yoga at breweries or taprooms, drinking beer during or after asana practice. It has since spread to other countries.
I started doing Beer Yoga somewhere around 1997, practicing it on the canal when I lived in Hampton Bays. I also practiced Margarita Yoga, Jello Shot Yoga and Weed Yoga.
However, I never mixed Yogas though.
Nah, just kidding… I did!
But, unlike today’s Beer Yoga, practicing alone and anywhere is quite acceptable.
Now if you are thinking, Bill, you are a coach, you preach health and wellness, Beer Yoga can’t be good for you.
So, my point of this whole post is to let you know the positive benefits you’ll get from taking “ANY” positive actions – no matter how small or even if done under the influence.
I’m not saying Beer Yoga is better than No Beer Yoga. (It is! : ) ) I’m saying Beer Yoga is better than No Yoga.
I’m saying one push up, one walk, one vegetable, or one whatever that is good for you is better than no whatever is good for you.
Position yourself for success and health.
Take small steps. Build on your successes. Build momentum. That’s one of the best techniques for progressing. That’s my point.
My next point is to let you know that I also invented Beer Coaching.
I suggest coaching without beer, but if that’s what it’ll take to get you started, I’ll do whatever it takes…
Simply let me know because I don’t have a beer coaching funnel set up – yet.
And please don’t schedule an 8 am appointment.

By P90X I Mean P90 Landscaping
Yeah, by P90X I mean P90 Landscaping, bitch.
It’s one of my many inventions like BBQ Bacon, reusable Q-Tips, Beer Yoga and bottles with wide openings for dispensing Ketchup.
It’s also my main summertime exercise program. It allows me to get my heart rate up, sweat out any toxins (by toxins I mean beer) and works my legs, arms and core.
You don’t need any expensive equipment, fancy clothes and there’s no expensive membership fee.
Cutting the lawn is pretty much available to anyone. If you don’t have a lawn, I’m sure a neighbor will lend you their’s.
They may even pay you!
Imagine getting paid to get in shape and healthier.
You gotta love America!
So Bill, what’s P90 Landscaping have to do with self realization or prosperity?
Great question Grasshopper.
It has to do with what I call Success Positioning.
Success Positioning is the process of putting yourself in circumstances and conditions that increase your likelihood of succeeding.
It’s the opposite of setting yourself up for failure.
Exercise is but one component of Success Positioning.
Others include, but are not limited to, sleep, environment, mental and physical diet.
For example, if you spend a lot of time in a toxic environment, you are decreasing your chances of being happy, healthy and fulfilled.
If you limit or eliminate your time spent in toxic environments, you will increase your chances of being happy, healthy and fulfilled.
Success Positioning is a technique that I always consider and leverage while coaching.
I’m writing a Master Course where I go into specific details about using Success Positioning for your benefit.
But, for now the only way to get this information is through my one-on-one personal coaching.
You can see all my coaching programs here:

But…
I’d say that claiming your free coaching session is the best Success Positioning technique you could employ right now – even better than doing P90X or P90 Landscaping.

Feeling Like Something Is Missing?
Do you ever have the feeling like something is missing in your life?
I’m sure you do. Almost everybody does.
It’s a subtle, nagging feeling that you typically ignore. A feeling like something is missing, wrong or incomplete.
A feeling that maybe you have difficulty naming.
Maybe you feel like your on the wrong path, you left something behind or you are not whole.
All these feelings arise from the same issue: you have not “self realized” yet.
You do not know your “essential self” and you are a slave to your ego.
Then, you probably hate being alone in quiet where the feeling becomes more apparent.
Do you always put on the TV or Radio while alone? Ever tell yourself that you need to stay informed or you deserve the entertainment because you had a hard day?
Likely, you distract yourself so that you don’t have to be alone with yourself because this uncomfortable feeling becomes more pronounced.
Your primary purpose in life is to know and express your essential self.
But how can you if you don’t know who you truly are?
This is no way to live because you are truly wasting your life.
Every minute that you don’t know who you are, you are wasting your time and life living in futility.
If you don’t know who you are, how can you ever know your purpose or your desires?
How can you ever live the life you were truly meant to live?

Whatever you do will always leave you feeling incomplete, dissatisfied, unfulfilled, discontent and frustrated.

The First Step to Getting What You Want Is Not What You Think
The first step to getting what you want is not knowing what you want, like you may think.
Sure, it makes sense that If you don’t know what you want, you will never be able to get what you want. But…
There is a proceeding step that is rarely ever talked about by the so called experts. It’s rarely ever talked about because, yes they can help you get what you think you want, but they themselves have skipped this critically important first step.
The first step to getting what you want is knowing who you are.
Let me explain…
The reason this step is critically important is because that if you don’t know who you truly are, nothing you get will ever fulfill you.
You are out of alignment.
When you get what you “think” you want, there will always be a level of disappointment or dissatisfaction.
Your heart will never sing until you get what you “truly” want.
And the only way to get what you truly want is to know who you truly are; not who you think you are.
Who you think you are is your ego. It is the misidentification of who you are.
Who you truly are is the witness that never changes. It is your essential self; for lack of a better term. It is the source of you.
If you have no clue of your essential self, you are wasting your life in futility.
You will never have, do or experience that which truly makes you joyous.
Even if by worldly standards you are successful, you will always be experiencing an emptiness inside.
That’s part of why the rich and famous kill themselves. They seemingly have everything yet still feel unfulfilled. So, why continue?
Well, you don’t have to live an empty, hollow, disappointing, unfulfilled, worthless life.
All you have to do is know who you are.
Then, once you know who you are, you can get everything that you truly desire.
Living the life that you were truly meant to live eliminates all those negative, empty, hollow, disappointing, unfulfilled feeling and replaces them with feelings of purpose, satisfaction, fulfillment, abundance and joy.
It is simply a choice to spend some time discovering yourself or continue trying in futility to make yourself happy using worldly endeavors.
Jesus teaches us “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
I’m saying the same thing, just different words.
So, the question becomes: how to know my essential self.
Luckily, it’s the first step in both my Greater Powered Advanced Training Program.
Discover exactly how to start and get everything that you truly want out of life.
So, stop living an empty, hollow, disappointing, unfulfilled, worthless life. And click the link to create a life filled with purpose, satisfaction, fulfillment, abundance and joy.
Take the first step to getting what you want, truly!

3 Days To Kill w/ Kevin, Amber & Cast
3 Days to Kill is a movie starring Kevin Costner, Amber Heard, Hailee Steinfeld, Eriq Ebouaney and Connie Nielsen with a profound spiritual insight for having a so much better life.
Kevin, the protagonist plays a spy dying of cancer and trying to leave his job to reconnect with his estranged wife, Connie Nielsen, and daughter, Hailee Steinfeld, who he pushed away during his career to keep them safe.
Heard plays an elite assassin who trades Kevin a potentially life saving drug for him to kill a terrorist called the wolf who is selling dirty bombs.
It’s not a great movie but entertaining enough. And, Amber Heard and Connie Nielsen are both very nice to look at.
But that’s not what’s important…
3 Days to Kill’s Spiritual Insight
There is a family of squatters that Kevin can’t get out of his house, in France, because it’s Winter and he has no legal recourse.
Kevin let’s them stay for that and because the squatters father’s, Jules who is played by Eriq Ebouaney, daughter is having a baby.
Jules promises to leave when the baby is born. But when that happens, Kevin tries to convince them to stay.
What is important is what the father says then. He says “Everything is as it should be”.
That’s an extremely profound statement that most people never realize.
In today’s political climate, a good portion of people are dissatisfied about who is in charge.
In today’s media climate, the media gives those who are dissatisfied a bigger voice.
The voices may change in the next election cycle, but dissatisfied voices will still have the megaphone.
All of those dissatisfied voices and many more fail to understand that we have collectively created whatever mess we are complaining about and that everything is as it should be.
It is as it should be partly because there is a lesson for us to learn. And if we don’t learn it, the circumstances will present themselves again; often with more painful consequences.
Stop Fighting
On an individual level, you are unsuccessfully fighting what is.
You can’t fight what is. It is. You can accept what is and you’ll feel better. Then, you can start creating instead of fighting.
You are just wasting your time and energy fighting.
Stop fighting and start creating.
Here’s a basic analogy, not accepting what is is like swimming against a current. You will never move very far forward.
When you accept what is and start creating, you are in effect using the current to help you get where you want to go.
The problem is that very few people actually have these skills and understanding.
I do and this is what my coaching programs are about.
I help people see the currents, remove their blockages and start using the current to eliminate what they don’t want in their life and create what they do want.
It’s really not difficult when you know how.
So, why don’t we start working together to help you have a so much better life?
Do you want to struggle in futility? Simple apply for a free personal coaching session and I’ll help you start with no obligations.
We simply chat and if you want, we can chat some more.

The Three Intentful Corrections
I’ve been doing the Qi Gong and the Three Intentful Corrections for a couple of decades now.
I swear by the benefits.
If you are unfamiliar, Qi Gong is a mind-body, healing, exercise, meditation practice. It’s like Yoga but different and the three Intentful Corrections are a foundational component of Qi Gong.
You may be more familiar with Tia Chi. Tia Chi is a derivative of Qi Gong.
Anyhow, the Three Intentful Corrections is said to distill the healing elixir within and promises healing on every level of our being.
“Minding the body and the breath, and then clearing the mind, distills the elixir within.” – Chinese Teacher
Basically, you will be consciously using you mind, body and breath to create balance and harmony in your mind, body and life.
As I said, I’ve been doing Qi Gong and the three intentful Corrections for probably 20 years or so and I rarely get sick.
I can’t even remember the last time I was sick. Sure, I get sniffles from time to time but never anything that would have me miss a day of work.
Can I say it’s all do to Qi Gong and the Three Intentful correction?
No, but…
I certainly believe it helps.
I would also add that meditation has been scientifically shown to have health and healing benefits. IMHO, meditation is like magnified sleep. It returns your body to homeostasis. Only meditation works better, faster and has numerous other benefits.
And, Qi Gong is a meditation.

How to Do the Three Intentful Corrections
I learned about them from reading Roger Janke’s book The Healing Promise of Qi. There were many beneficial teachings in the book but this was my big take…
The three Intentful Corrections is basically 3 simple steps in my words.
- Adjust your body and spine
- Deepen your breath
- Clear your mind
Simple right?
Just do them as often as possible. Do them as many times a day as you can.
Here’s a video I just found on YouTube of Roger explaining what to do that I highly recommend watching.
The Three Intentful Corrections are one of many techniques I’ve learned and practiced over the years that I can use to help you improve any and every facet of your life.
