ChatGPT Analyzes My Writing and I’m Still Laughing
Although I know I write a lot about consciousness and mindset, I decided to ask ChatGPT to analyze my writing and style.
Chat GPT is very new so you might not be aware of it and it’s capabilities yet.
ChatGPT is a type of AI program that can answer questions, generate text, and carry on conversations like a human. It is designed to understand natural language and generate responses that are relevant and meaningful.
And, just in case, AI stands for Artificial Intelligence, and it refers to the development of computer systems that can perform tasks that typically require human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and language translation.
ChatGPT is brand new since like November or December 2022 and shocking the world with its capabilities.
Although I have found multiple good uses, I decided to ask it to analyze my writing style…

Tortured by Uncontrolled Thoughts and an Unhealthy Mindset
Ever have uncontrolled thoughts and worries?
Do you think you do any unhealthy thinking?

How to Stop Complaining So Much and 3 Good Reasons Why You Should Do It ASAP
Have you ever wondered how to stop complaining so much?
If you have, then you probably realize on some level that complaining is not helping you.
That’s great because most complainers don’t even realize they are complainers.
And, if you think you are not complaining by stating “how things are”, you are fooling yourself.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Why You Should Stop Complaining?
There are 3 main reasons why you should stop complaining as soon as possible.
The first is because you are not adding anything positive to your interactions and relationships.
Who wants to be around a complainer?
Usually only other complainers. Even therapists find complainers annoying.
Second, you are diminishing most interactions and relationships from what they could be.
Seriously, there’s just nothing fun about being around someone who always finds fault in everything.
This will diminish the amount of quality relationships you have.
Third, and possibly the most important, when you focus on that which you don’t want, you’ll get more of it.
That should be motivation enough to stop complaining…
And, the method for how to stop complaining so much also has other benefits for you besides improving your relationships including feeling better and attracting better into your life.
How to Stop Complaining
So, just like most of the mind hacks I share, it all starts with awareness.
First you must become aware of what you think and say.
Next, when you notice that you are thinking or saying something negative, stop.
Then say to yourself something to the effect of “No, I only think and express positive thoughts”.
Feel free to use your own words but don’t lose the positive, actionable sentiment.
Next say something positive about the situation or whatever you were complaining about instead. Or take a second to feel something positive.
That’s it!
Simple, but never miss an opportunity to fix your thinking or you’ll likely fall back into the same destructive patterns.

Don’t Celebrate the 4th of July and Not the Rest
Don’t celebrate the 4th of July and not the rest.
Although everyday is a great day to celebrate, In our nation the 4th represents independence and freedom.
But, are you free from your mind?
When you are free from your mind, that’s when you are truly free.
Otherwise, you live in the prison of your mind. A mind created by society that subjugates and constrains you.
Who is the “you” I’m talking about?
It’s your conscious spirit. What is often called your true self or higher self. I prefer essential self.
Regardless, if your spirit is not free from your mind, you will always stress, struggle and suffer while wishing things were different in some way.
And, the less conscious you are, the more miserable you will feel.
Maybe you wish you had more, were more or were different in some way.
Maybe you wish you didn’t have certain people, circumstances of experiences in your life.
This is part of the prison. And the constant uncontrollable activity in your mind is the torture.
Maybe it’s not so bad for you, but you just know life could be better.
Maybe you feel that there must be something more to life.
Anyhow, if you are tired of living in the prison of your mind, then I have something for you.
A way to make every moment of every day a true celebration.
It’s actually really easy and anyone can do it no matter what prison you’ve created.

Is High Functioning Schizophrenia Normal?
I’ll tell you why I think high functioning schizophrenia is normal.
Not healthy, but normal.
Let me tell you how I came to this conclusion.
I’m always amazed but never surprised at how the universe provides not just what you are looking for, but also what will serve you best.
I currently feel an inner tension that’s source eludes me.
I’ve done what I normally do: I ask the universe to help me find it.
So, this AM I awake and I’m reading my Facebook feed and I see a post from someone with a schizophrenia problem.
My understanding is that we all are schizophrenic to some degree but wasn’t sure if I was confusing schizophrenia with everyday nuts.
Although I’ve had this belief for a while, I don’t remember how I got it.
I wanted to know more to see if I could help the poster in any way.
High Functioning Schizophrenia Research
Just to be clear from the beginning, high functioning schizophrenia isn’t a clinical diagnosis.
To start my research, I do what I normally do: I searched “schizophrenia” in my favorite meditation book and didn’t find anything (sometimes search doesn’t find words I KNOW are there, and I’m SURE they are – mostly).
Anyhow, nothing. Then I went to step 2, I searched Google for “schizophrenia” + “osho”.
Basically, he says that everyone is schizophrenic because we are born into a schizophrenic world and taught conflicting ideas from birth.
In an example given, Osho conveys a story about a man who wants his kid to be true, honest, religious and prayerful.
And, successful in life, well educated, reach high posts and to succeed material with a good house, car, wife and respect in the society.
Osho points out the contradiction and impossibility between spirituality and materialism. And the split which is the root cause of schizophrenia.

This is why I think everyone is nuts, #MeToo, to some degree and that what society calls “normal” is in fact “nuts”, for lack of a better word. It’s also why some people who are against this split are perceived by society to be defective, when in fact they are not.
It was exactly what I was looking for to solve my unexplained tension.
Next, I searched Google without “osho” to find the modern scientific take, which usually isn’t helpful.
For example, when searching schizophrenia the first result says “A disorder that affects a person’s ability to think, feel, and behave clearly. The exact cause of schizophrenia isn’t known, but a combination of genetics, environment, and altered brain chemistry and structure may play a role”.
My first thought is that if you don’t know the cause, how are you ever really going to fix it?
Next it says “Treatment is usually lifelong and often involves a combination of medications, psychotherapy, and coordinated specialty care services”.
There you have it, lifelong treatment means they never fix it. Big surprise.
And yes, it is fixable!
Finally, I searched the definition of “schizo” and the result clearly supports Osho’s teachings.
It’s definition: split or cleft.
My Schism
My schism, the aforementioned tension, originates from the exact example Osho describes: conflict from trying to be religious and materialistic.
I must drop one to lose the tension. I’ve successfully dropped similar previously and will this too.
Obviously, it has to be the materialism.
I often teach others to fix the low hanging fruit and build momentum or fix whatever is currently causing the most suffering.
I understand that fixing core issues often would help the most, but core issues can be the most difficult to find, see and correct.
This is a core issue and I’m grateful to be dealing with it.
My mind wants to say “it’s too difficult”, I can’t do it now”, “I’m not ready”, etc., but I know that’s my mind fighting to have some control and I won’t let that happen.
I don’t think I can truly convey how huge this is for me and my growth. It will likely have severe practical consequences. I’m not saying good or bad, just huge.
A big unknown change sounds like an adventure.
How exciting!

Growing spiritually helps you feel better.
Mastering your mind helps you stop feeling “bad”.
Growing spiritually is often expressed as growing conscious, aware or present.
What it basically comes down to is this…
You don’t feel as “good” as you could when you are unconscious because your spirit is subjugated and suppressed by your mind.
Not only will you feel worse than what you could, you will feel like a victim of life. Frequent stress, struggle, fear and suffering will be your experience. You will feel disconnected, unworthy, inadequate and can be destructive to yourself, others and things.
However, when you are conscious, you not only feel better, you know you are the creator of your life. Good health, ease and fulfillment are mostly your experience. You feel connected, loved and don’t hurt others because you know that hurting others hurts yourself.

Does It Help To Be Rich?
Let me answer the “does it help to be rich” question in two ways.
The first way: no.
It doesn’t matter who you are or what your status, gender, color, size, nationality, bank account, etc. is; the world works the same for everyone.
Here’s why…
Try this: imagine that since you were born you’ve been collecting pebbles.
You know, tiny rocks not Fred and Wilma’s baby (she’s grown now – I guess).
When you first started collecting them, you didn’t even know you were collecting them. It just kind of happened.
You find and secure dozens or more per day.
You like some pebbles more than others and are proud of them.
Although you do lose and return some, imagine that you carry them around, everywhere you go, every single day.
Think of the burden that would be to your experience.
How far could you go?
What a struggle that would be.
What would your relationships be like?
Where would you live?
Job, friends, family?
How would you buy food?
When you are rich, you can have a nicer way to carry your pebbles around, but you’ll likely have more of them and you still have to take them everywhere.
So the burden can be larger; and it’s more difficult to get rid of.
Now imagine that your pebbles are not pebbles but they are your thoughts and beliefs.
*NOTE: This analogy will also works with judgments and possessions.
And, each thought and belief has weight, just like the pebbles.
Some thoughts and beliefs weigh you down more than others.
When you are consciously thought free, like while in meditation or love, you are as light as you can be.
No pebbles!
You are free from your pebbles. Liberated!
That buoyant, boundless feeling is joy.
So…
Isn’t that the way it really is?
The truth is that you can easily drop your burdens. You don’t have to carry them around.
When you do, you are free.
But most don’t.
Mostly because no one has ever taught us how to drop them, not be afraid to drop them, not get tricked into not dropping them and, of course, how to to stop creating them in the first place.
This is a big chunk of what I teach and what I’m attempting to teach right now.
I hope that maybe something I say or do, clicks and you realize that you don’t need carry around unwanted and unhealthy burdens (that you mostly accumulated unknowingly as a child).
And, that they are easy to drop when you know how.
The 2nd way to answer does it help to be rich:
If you measure riches not as the amount of stuff you have or own, but by how much you have authentically lived or by how much you need, then it helps to be rich.
I guess the correct answer to does it help to be rich is, it depends on what you are measuring.

Are You Taking Care of Your Mind, Body and Spirit?
I think you, and most everyone else, would agree that taking care of all three: your mind, body and spirit is critically important to living the best life you could live. Right?
However, most of us completely neglect our spirit and rarely fix the damage done to us as children.
If you neglect your spirit, it’s very likely that you have neglected your mind too.
And, if you are not actively seeking to expand your spirit and optimize your mind, then your mind will control your life, not your spirit.
When your mind is in control, you will always have a feeling like something is wrong, missing or unsettled.
Looking deeply within will reveal this deeply buried pain that all humans have.
It’s your contracted spirit being subjugated, suppressed and defeated by your mind.
Liberating your spirit from you mind is the only way to stop experiencing this feeling.
Joy is the consequence of a liberated spirit and peace is the consequence of a mastered mind.
Your mind, however, is not a problem. It’s a tool for creating your truest desires on earth.
You just have to fix the broken, ineffective and inefficient mental programming to make everything work properly.
Then you’ll hum through life!
Life becomes so much more fun, pleasurable, enjoyable and fulfilling when you understand that you (your spirit) are the creator, your mind is the creating and the physical world is the created.
Everything becomes easier too.

Both are great meditations; the longer being more beneficial and the shorter is a quick way to feel on track, supported and successful.

The universe has its own laws, and the basic law is that to be real is to be in bliss, to be unreal is to be in misery.

When you are false; the resisting and fighting, forceful and violent, worrying and obsessing, escaping and denying, identifying and attaching, labeling and dividing, mind and ego you; you will suffer and feel like life is a hell.
If any part of your life isn’t healthy, fulfilled and at ease, then it’s because you have unhealthy, unhelpful, unnecessary, unwanted, disempowering and/or ineffective thoughts and beliefs..
But, you can fix them!
Everything can be fixed as far as I can tell.
Once fixed, you will be liberated and no longer have to experience the associated pain. You are moving towards a life of growth and pleasure….from hell to heaven.

How To Start Your Life Over From Scratch At Any Age
I’m going to explain how to start your life over – from scratch -at any age, because that’s exactly what I’m doing right now.
Actually, because there are so many variables involved, I’m not going to tell you how to start your life over so much as generally explain the 4 steps you can take to start over.
So, let’s get started.
Step 1
The first step is planning. You should have some idea where you want to end up.
This is critical.
Think of it like a plane flight. If you are flying from NY to LA, you don’t just fly in a straight line,the pilot makes little adjustments along the way so that you get to where you want.
Not planning is also an option, but your chances of ending up somewhere you don’t want increase. Just like in the plane analogy.
Me, I’m not a big planner. But, I have a basic plan.
I’m traveling around to a few places I’d like to see before I settle down. This gives me the chance to test the waters before I commit.
I also advise to do what truly makes you happy.
What is it you daydream about? Use that for guidance.
Step 2
The second step is to start gathering resources.
Gather what you need to get you where you want to end. This could be money, tools, connections or information.
In my case, I’m traveling by bike so I need biking and camping equipment, money, clothes, electronics and a few items I want for when I get there.
I’m digitally nomadding it it for a bit so the electronics are my way of making money.
So, you’ll want to consider what you need for getting there and what you need when you are there.
This is relevant if you are traveling or starting over in the same area and just want a new life.
Step 3
The third step is to terminate your current responsibilities and attachments.
It could be as simple as saying your goodbyes and cancelling your cable subscription.
It could be way more complicated also. It depends on your specific situation.
For me, it was simply getting rid of stuff and saying my goodbyes.
Step 4
The last step is the execution step.
Go and/or do it.
This is kind of a blurry step because your new life may be blurred with parts of step 2: gathering resources. Your new life could be gathering resources.
Say for instance that you want to become a nurse. Your execution step may be 4 years of schooling.
So, four years of schooling is your new life and your are still gathering resources.
You can see the blur.
This is the case for me. I’m gathering information about where I want to live. I also am open to the possibility that I’m not ready to pick a place and that my new life just might be continuous travel.
Very blurry.
Your execution steps may also blur with steps 1 and 3. Your plans may change or you may want to adjust you plans. And, you may need or not be able to end certain commitments and attachments just yet.
I do recommend eliminating what isn’t working for you. If it’s toxic or doesn’t help you, consider eliminating or at least minimizing it.
This goes for people, things and circumstances.
Anyhow, that’s the four steps I’m using to start my life over.
But, how to start your life over will likely involve these four steps to some degree.
Starting over can be really difficult but you can make it much easier with support from someone who has done it multiple times.

Did You Really Invent Beer Yoga
Many are asking if I really invented Beer Yoga and the answer is “yes”.
I invented Beer Yoga, not as it’s known today, but in it’s purest form sometime before the new millennium.
I’ve been practicing Beer Yoga for over 20 years.
In fact, my nickname is Swami Dunkel Dopplebock.
Let me explain a bit.
Beer yoga, today, is known for being practiced in breweries and bars.
Here’s Wiki’s blurb:
Beer yoga is a yoga hybrid, created in America around 2013, in which participants practice yoga at breweries or taprooms, drinking beer during or after asana practice. It has since spread to other countries.
I started doing Beer Yoga somewhere around 1997, practicing it on the canal when I lived in Hampton Bays. I also practiced Margarita Yoga, Jello Shot Yoga and Weed Yoga.
However, I never mixed Yogas though.
Nah, just kidding… I did!
But, unlike today’s Beer Yoga, practicing alone and anywhere is quite acceptable.
Now if you are thinking, Bill, you are a coach, you preach health and wellness, Beer Yoga can’t be good for you.
So, my point of this whole post is to let you know the positive benefits you’ll get from taking “ANY” positive actions – no matter how small or even if done under the influence.
I’m not saying Beer Yoga is better than No Beer Yoga. (It is! : ) ) I’m saying Beer Yoga is better than No Yoga.
I’m saying one push up, one walk, one vegetable, or one whatever that is good for you is better than no whatever is good for you.
Position yourself for success and health.
Take small steps. Build on your successes. Build momentum. That’s one of the best techniques for progressing. That’s my point.
My next point is to let you know that I also invented Beer Coaching.
I suggest coaching without beer, but if that’s what it’ll take to get you started, I’ll do whatever it takes…

Merry Christmas and Santa Miracle Story
I want to wish you a Merry Christmas and share a quick Santa, Christmas miracle story with you.
I experienced my first Christmas away from home when I was in the service as a kid. My first Christmas away from home started as a huge disaster. I made plans to spend Christmas with a friend and his family and was really disappointed when he failed to show up for me.
We made plans weeks before Christmas but never had the chance to firm up the commitment – no cell phones back then. I also got asked to go to my boss’s party, but was afraid to accept because of my prior agreement.
Anyhow, I was, as I said, really disappointed. It was Christmas, my first Christmas ever away from my family, I was living in a foreign country and I was alone with no place to go.
I was also sad and anxious.
The Santa Christmas Miracle
So, I called my boss and explained what had happened and asked I could still come to his party. He said “Absolutely, we’d love to have you. I’ll get you in about 15 minutes. So, I’ll see you then Santa”.
Santa? What?
My boss, Don Houton, was my best boss I ever had and one of the funniest human beings I ever met.
I’ll have to share some of his stories in the future, especially the parrot and the cigar joke…
Anyhow, he called me Santa because they needed someone to play Santa for the kids at the party that the kids wouldn’t recognize. Namely, me.
He scared me silly when he shared this news with me. Me playing Santa. I weighed about 135lbs wet. I needed to quickly increase my cookings and beer intake.
No worries though, he had pillows and everything worker out amazingly well.
The kids had a great time and so did I.
I’m not sure why, but women love to sit on Santa’s lap and give him kisses?
Now you know why I believe it’s a Santa Christmas miracle…
The Merry Christmas Lesson
The point of my Christmas story miracle is that sometimes when things seem “bad”, sometimes the situation will turn out better.
When I was younger I couldn’t see this so clearly. Then, after experiencing this phenomenon many times, I came to realize and understand that it is always there if you look for it and are open to it.
And, not just for bad circumstances, any circumstance.
But, it’s a skill. Eventually you can get so good at it that you can consciously create anything you want, anytime you want.

Change Your Life for the Better, Forever, Just by Reading this 996 Word Post
You may be wondering how to change your life for the better because you don’t like it or something about it.
You probably want more time, money and freedom as well as peace, joy and bliss.
And surely, you want a quick, easy, painless way to change it with long lasting or permanent results.
OK, got it! No problem.
How to Change Your Life for the Better
Just read this entire post and you’ll have the solution to all the problems you’ll ever have. And, you’ll also learn how to not create any new ones.
First, I need to lay the groundwork. A few pieces of understanding for the foundation.
One, there are no problems. Everything that happens in your life happens to make you conscious. That’s a good thing, not a problem.
So, don’t fight where you are…
Actually, it’s in your best interest to not mentally fight anything; simply except and forgive and you’ll immediately drop a lot of stress and anguish; and change your life for the better.
You may think that’s trite and/or possibly that just a mind shift won’t change much of anything.
You may be right (you’re not) but would likely be missing the underlying subtleties. : )
Your reality is a reflection of that which you have thought.
Chronic patterns of thought are called beliefs and both conscious and subconscious beliefs are the powerful creators of your reality.
Yes, I know there’s a huge debate about conscious, unconscious and subconscious. I’ll save my input for another day, as I disagree with many professionals (comment below if you want my understanding from 20 plus years of meditation and research; I’ll comment sooner than later).
So, if you change your thinking, your reality will change and you’ll change your life for the better.
The Trick to Changing Your Life for the Better
It’s very easy and anyone can do it. But there is a kinda “trick”.
The “trick” is actually the solution to everything; all problems forever…
The trick is that you have to become conscious.
Therefore, consciousness is the solution to all problems.
Now, if you are thinking anything but “I just received the keys to the universe”, then you are not grasping the full impact of what I just gave you.
It took me years and years of studying, research, observation, meditation and my own self work before I acquired that understanding.
So, I ask you to contemplate if consciousness is the solution to all problems.
Is that true? How could that be true?
Just so you know, what I did was I just planted a seed in your mind. And, if you do contemplate it, it will grow and you will become more conscious, and the more conscious you become, the more you’ll change your life for the better.
If you do nothing, the seed wont grow and flower. You’ll continue suffering with life and your mind until you consciously decide to do something.
So, the first step to change your life for the better, permanently forever, is to decide to change it by following a path of consciousness.
Since you are reading this post, I’ll assume you have already decided to change your life. You have taken action to find a solution, so you must have…
Now, simply decide to change your life for the better by following a path of consciousness,
The next step, then, is to start down that internal path to become conscious.
How to be Conscious
Your next question should be about how to be conscious.
As I see it, you have several simple choices.
- Pay attention to your thinking. Attention is the baby stage of consciousness. Consciousness is the witnessing of your thinking (another big clue). Start by noticing the positive and empowering thoughts vs. the negative and dis-empowering thoughts.
- Take up meditation. Get a book or watch meditation videos on YouTube would be a great first step. At first it seems really hard but stick with it. It’s like lifting weights for your mind. It gets easier with practice
- Continue reading this blog as I’ll be sharing more subtle insights including how to remove those unwanted negative, dis-empowering thoughts and reprogram your mind with positive, empowering thoughts; and more tips and insights to raise consciousness.
What is really important right now is that you have decided to change your path. Take some time to contemplate consciousness being the solution to all problems or take some action on one of the above steps.
The consequence of becoming conscious is peace, joy and bliss because when you become master of your mind, you control what and how you feel.
And, the more conscious you become the more you will understand and appreciate feeling good. Then you will always choose the ease of conscious thinking and feeling good over effort, pain and struggle of unconscious thinking.
To wrap this post up, if you are thinking that I didn’t give you the solution to more time, money and freedom, I did. There is no problem that consciousness doesn’t solve. Period!
If you ever think you have come across a problem that can’t be solved by consciousness, simply contemplate it for awhile or meditate on it and you’ll find that it will.
Accelerated Results
But, if you want a better answer for more time, money and freedom; setup and automated sales funnel, with email followup, to sell your products and services on the internet. That’s the best way to have more time, money and freedom.
Be aware though, true freedom is freedom from the burdens of your mind.
