Here’s my 2 cents about heaven, hell and how to feel divine…
The universe has its own laws, and the basic law is that to be real is to be in bliss, to be unreal is to be in misery.
The more authentic you are, the more divine you will feel; and experience.
When you are false; the resisting and fighting, obsessing and forcing, worrying and obsessing, escaping and denying, identifying and attaching, labeling and dividing, mind and ego you; you will suffer and feel like life is a hell.
If any part of your life isn’t healthy, fulfilled and at ease, then it’s because you have an unhealthy, unhelpful, unnecessary, unwanted, disempowering and/or ineffective thoughts and beliefs..
But, you can fix them!
Everything can be fixed as far as I can tell.
Once fixed, you will be liberated and no longer have to experience the associated pain. You are moving towards a life of growth and pleasure….from hell to heaven.

Actually, because there are so many variables involved, I’m not going to tell you how to start your life over so much as generally explain the 4 steps you can take to start over.
So, let’s get started.
The first step is planning. You should have some idea where you want to end up.
This is critical.
Think of it like a plane flight. If you are flying from NY to LA, you don’t just fly in a straight line,the pilot makes little adjustments along the way so that you get to where you want.
Not planning is also an option, but your chances of ending up somewhere you don’t want increase. Just like in the plane analogy.
Me, I’m not a big planner. But, I have a basic plan.
I’m traveling around to a few places I’d like to see before I settle down. This gives me the chance to test the waters before I commit.
I also advise to do what truly makes you happy.
What is it you daydream about? Use that for guidance.
The second step is to start gathering resources.
Gather what you need to get you where you want to end. This could be money, tools, connections or information.
In my case, I’m traveling by bike so I need biking and camping equipment, money, clothes, electronics and a few items I want for when I get there.
I’m digitally nomadding it it for a bit so the electronics are my way of making money.
So, you’ll want to consider what you need for getting there and what you need when you are there.
This is relevant if you are traveling or starting over in the same area and just want a new life.
The third step is to terminate your current responsibilities and attachments.
It could be as simple as saying your goodbyes and cancelling your cable subscription.
It could be way more complicated also. It depends on your specific situation.
For me, it was simply getting rid of stuff and saying my goodbyes.
The last step is the execution step.
Go and/or do it.
This is kind of a blurry step because your new life may be blurred with parts of step 2: gathering resources. Your new life could be gathering resources.
Say for instance that you want to become a nurse. Your execution step may be 4 years of schooling.
So, four years of schooling is your new life and your are still gathering resources.
You can see the blur.
This is the case for me. I’m gathering information about where I want to live. I also am open to the possibility that I’m not ready to pick a place and that my new life just might be continuous travel.
Your execution steps may also blur with steps 1 and 3. Your plans may change or you may want to adjust you plans. And, you may need or not be able to end certain commitments and attachments just yet.
I do recommend eliminating what isn’t working for you. If it’s toxic or doesn’t help you, consider eliminating or at least minimizing it.
This goes for people, things and circumstances.
Anyhow, that’s the four steps I’m using to start my life over.
But, how to start your life over will likely involve these four steps to some degree.
Starting over can be really difficult but you can make it much easier with support from someone who has done it multiple times.

I invented Beer Yoga, not as it’s known today, but in it’s purest form sometime before the new millennium.
I’ve been practicing Beer Yoga for over 20 years.
In fact, my nickname is Swami Dunkel Dopplebock.
Let me explain a bit.
Beer yoga, today, is known for being practiced in breweries and bars.
Here’s Wiki’s blurb:
Beer yoga is a yoga hybrid, created in America around 2013, in which participants practice yoga at breweries or taprooms, drinking beer during or after asana practice. It has since spread to other countries.
I started doing Beer Yoga somewhere around 1997, practicing it on the canal when I lived in Hampton Bays. I also practiced Margarita Yoga, Jello Shot Yoga and Weed Yoga.
However, I never mixed Yogas though.
Nah, just kidding… I did!
But, unlike today’s Beer Yoga, practicing alone and anywhere is quite acceptable.
Now if you are thinking, Bill, you are a coach, you preach health and wellness, Beer Yoga can’t be good for you.
So, my point of this whole post is to let you know the positive benefits you’ll get from taking “ANY” positive actions – no matter how small or even if done under the influence.
I’m not saying Beer Yoga is better than No Beer Yoga. (It is! : ) ) I’m saying Beer Yoga is better than No Yoga.
I’m saying one push up, one walk, one vegetable, or one whatever that is good for you is better than no whatever is good for you.
Position yourself for success and health.
Take small steps. Build on your successes. Build momentum. That’s one of the best techniques for progressing. That’s my point.
My next point is to let you know that I also invented Beer Coaching.
I suggest coaching without beer, but if that’s what it’ll take to get you started, I’ll do whatever it takes…
Simply let me know because I don’t have a beer coaching funnel set up – yet.

Have you ever noticed the difference between isolation and loneliness?
Most of us learned that we have senses: touch, taste, smell, hearing and vision, but we have others.
Is there an experience you have when you felt as if somebody was watching you, you couldn’t see them but you knew they were; and you were right?
And, having good sense is important!
How about a time when you felt like you were physically isolated from everyone?
I remember a time I went fishing in the middle of a lake during a rain storm. I remember thinking that if anything happened to me no one would know.
Screaming at the top of my lungs would be futile as no one would here me over the rain slapping into the water’s surface…
I felt isolated.
I felt isolated because I was.
That’s a sense and I want to be sensitive.
Loneliness however, is not a sense. It’s an emotion.
It comes from something you think.
Therefore, if you want to minimize or eliminate loneliness, simply eliminate the thoughts and beliefs that cause it.

Specifically, the thoughts and beliefs that cause loneliness are the thoughts and beliefs that you are separate.
They are wrong. You are not separate!
You are connected to everything.
Every person, animal, plant and thing.
So, to the extent that you believe otherwise and how much you focus on your separateness, will be the extent of your loneliness.
You can continue suffering; living without the connection that we all desperately need to be happy, healthy and thrive or fix it.

I want to wish you a Merry Christmas and share a quick Santa, Christmas miracle story with you.
I experienced my first Christmas away from home when I was in the service as a kid. My first Christmas away from home started as a huge disaster. I made plans to spend Christmas with a friend and his family and was really disappointed when he failed to show up for me.
We made plans weeks before Christmas but never had the chance to firm up the commitment – no cell phones back then. I also got asked to go to my boss’s party, but was afraid to accept because of my prior agreement.
Anyhow, I was, as I said, really disappointed. It was Christmas, my first Christmas ever away from my family, I was living in a foreign country and I was alone with no place to go.
I was also sad and anxious.
The Santa Christmas Miracle
So, I called my boss and explained what had happened and asked I could still come to his party. He said “Absolutely, we’d love to have you. I’ll get you in about 15 minutes. So, I’ll see you then Santa”.
My boss, Don Houton, was my best boss I ever had and one of the funniest human beings I ever met.
I’ll have to share some of his stories in the future, especially the parrot and the cigar joke…
Anyhow, he called me Santa because they needed someone to play Santa for the kids at the party that the kids wouldn’t recognize. Namely, me.
He scared me silly when he shared this news with me. Me playing Santa. I weighed about 135lbs wet. I needed to quickly increase my cookings and beer intake.
No worries though, he had pillows and everything worker out amazingly well.
The kids had a great time and so did I.
I’m not sure why, but women love to sit on Santa’s lap and give him kisses?
Now you know why I believe it’s a Santa Christmas miracle…
The Merry Christmas Lesson
The point of my Christmas story miracle is that sometimes when things seem “bad”, sometimes the situation will turn out better.
When I was younger I couldn’t see this so clearly. Then, after experiencing this phenomenon many times, I came to realize and understand that it is always there if you look for it and are open to it.
And, not just for bad circumstances, any circumstance.
But, it’s a skill. Eventually you can get so good at it that you can consciously create anything you want, anytime you want.

How to Change Your Life for the Better
Just read this entire post and you’ll have the solution to all the problems you’ll ever have. And, you’ll also learn how to not create any new ones.
First, I need to lay the groundwork. A few pieces of understanding for the foundation.
One, there are no problems. Everything that happens in your life happens to make you conscious. That’s a good thing, not a problem.
So, don’t fight where you are…
Actually, it’s in your best interest to not mentally fight anything; simply except and forgive and you’ll immediately drop a lot of stress and anguish; and change your life for the better.
You may think that’s trite and/or possibly that just a mind shift won’t change much of anything.
You may be right (you’re not) but would likely be missing the underlying subtleties. : )
Your reality is a reflection of that which you have thought.
Chronic patterns of thought are called beliefs and both conscious and subconscious beliefs are the powerful creators of your reality.
Yes, I know there’s a huge debate about conscious, unconscious and subconscious. I’ll save my input for another day, as I disagree with many professionals (comment below if you want my understanding from 20 plus years of meditation and research; I’ll comment sooner than later).
So, if you change your thinking, your reality will change and you’ll change your life for the better.
The Trick to Changing Your Life for the Better
It’s very easy and anyone can do it. But there is a kinda “trick”.
The “trick” is actually the solution to everything; all problems forever…
The trick is that you have to become conscious.
Therefore, consciousness is the solution to all problems.
Now, if you are thinking anything but “I just received the keys to the universe”, then you are not grasping the full impact of what I just gave you.
It took me years and years of studying, research, observation, meditation and my own self work before I acquired that understanding.
So, I ask you to contemplate if consciousness is the solution to all problems.
Is that true? How could that be true?
Just so you know, what I did was I just planted a seed in your mind. And, if you do contemplate it, it will grow and you will become more conscious, and the more conscious you become, the more you’ll change your life for the better.
If you do nothing, the seed wont grow and flower. You’ll continue suffering with life and your mind until you consciously decide to do something.
So, the first step to change your life for the better, permanently forever, is to decide to change it by following a path of consciousness.
Since you are reading this post, I’ll assume you have already decided to change your life. You have taken action to find a solution, so you must have…
Now, simply decide to change your life for the better by following a path of consciousness,
The next step, then, is to start down that internal path to become conscious.
How to be Conscious
Your next question should be about how to be conscious.
As I see it, you have several simple choices.
- Pay attention to your thinking. Attention is the baby stage of consciousness. Consciousness is the witnessing of your thinking (another big clue). Start by noticing the positive and empowering thoughts vs. the negative and dis-empowering thoughts.
- Take up meditation. Get a book or watch meditation videos on YouTube would be a great first step. At first it seems really hard but stick with it. It’s like lifting weights for your mind. It gets easier with practice
- Continue reading this blog as I’ll be sharing more subtle insights including how to remove those unwanted negative, dis-empowering thoughts and reprogram your mind with positive, empowering thoughts; and more tips and insights to raise consciousness.
What is really important right now is that you have decided to change your path. Take some time to contemplate consciousness being the solution to all problems or take some action on one of the above steps.
The consequence of becoming conscious is peace, joy and bliss because when you become master of your mind, you control what and how you feel.
And, the more conscious you become the more you will understand and appreciate feeling good. Then you will always choose the ease of conscious thinking and feeling good over effort, pain and struggle of unconscious thinking.
To wrap this post up, if you are thinking that I didn’t give you the solution to more time, money and freedom, I did. There is no problem that consciousness doesn’t solve. Period!
If you ever think you have come across a problem that can’t be solved by consciousness, simply contemplate it for awhile or meditate on it and you’ll find that it will.
But, if you want a better answer for more time, money and freedom; setup and automated sales funnel, with email followup, to sell your products and services on the internet. That’s the best way to have more time, money and freedom.
Be aware though, true freedom is freedom from the burdens of your mind.
