How to Mentally Feel Better
If you are asking how to mentally feel better, it’s likely because you are currently feeling like crap. Although there are plenty of good reasons to feel like crap today, it’s mostly unnecessary.
But, once you learn a few lessons, you’ll see that it’s entirely within your power to eliminate all of your suffering. Then, simply usher in a world in which you feel mentally better and better until you feel amazing.
Basically, there are only two ways to feel better: increase your consciousness and master your mind.
Interestingly, they work together. The more you master your mind, the more conscious you become and the more conscious you become the more your mind is mastered.
When you increase your consciousness you are accessing, for lack of a better word, the ultimate power and intelligence of the universe. This, in and of itself, will cause you to feel better.
This power and intelligence knows exactly what you need and will give it to you; if you let it.
The problem is you never let it. That’s where mastering your mind comes in.
Mastering your mind not only increases your consciousness, it eliminates what is causing you to feel “bad”.
Plus, you can also implement thoughts and beliefs that cause you to feel “good”.
So, the answer to how to mentally feel better is to simply master your mind.
Assume that everything that you feel comes from something you think.
Change what you think and you’ll change how you feel.

How to Achieve Your Goals in 2020 with Minimal Effort
Every year about this time there is a shit ton of conflicting information being published about how to achieve your goals.
There are articles and videos telling you the benefits of goal setting and a plethora of data expressing why it’s not the most effective use of you time.
So, I’m going to briefly discuss goal setting then share two points of note to help you decide the best use of your time and energy for 2020.
Know What You Want
First, you are always told your goals must be clearly defined, actionable, realistic and measurable. True enough.
It is absolutely critical to creating the life that you want that you know what you want.
If I asked a hundred people off the street what it is that they want in life, only a small percentage would be able to immediately answer.
And, you not only need to know, but you need to be able to visualize it happening. More on this later…
So, I’m not against goal setting, but I prefer the phrase know what you want. It sounds like less work and more fun.
If you like fun, then I recommend reading The Secret to Happiness.
Also, knowing what you want implies a connection to your essential self and your intrinsic desires. Knowing what you want implies that you know what makes your heart sing. Otherwise, if you achieve your goal, it won’t bring you joy.
I’d also like to highlight the importance of visualization. If what you visualize makes you feel “good”, then it’s likely a worthy goal.
So, my point is that you mustn’t just set goals but you must know – truly – what it is that you want.
Change Your Mind
Not changing your mind is what dooms goal setting to failure.
If you think and believe that which you always have, you’ll only act a certain way for a brief time before falling back into the same patterns and ultimately getting the same results.
It’s critically important to achieving success to find the thoughts and beliefs that are preventing you from achieving your goals, eliminate and replace them with thoughts and beliefs that will help you achieve your goals.
If you change your mind correctly, you can not only achieve your goals but accelerate your achievements.
